List of machinery and equipment with strict safety requirements

List of machinery and equipment subject to strict labor safety and hygiene requirements to be issued.

Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs promulgates the Circular No. 36/2019/TT-BLDTBXH regarding the list of machinery, equipment, materials and substances subject to strict labor safety and hygiene requirements. The Circular comes into force from March 01, 2020.

In addition, The Circular No. 53/2016/TT-BLDTBXH dated December 28, 2016 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs is null and void from the effective date of this Circular.
