Remove Oxygen from the list of toxic chemicals

The Prime Minister issued Decision No. 04/2020 / QD-TTg amending and supplementing the Regulation on toxic chemical incident response issued together with Decision No. 26/2016/ QD-TTg on July 01, 2016.

Accordingly, remove Oxygen in cell No. 27 from the list of toxic chemicals in the Appendix issued with Decision No. 26.

In addition, adding Mercury and mercury compounds, the storage limit of 1 kg to the List of toxic chemicals.

Decision 04/2020/QD-TTg takes effect from February 28, 2020.
