Hoàng Thị Mai Hiên

Ms. Hoang Thi Mai Hien is our consultant/assessor working in Ho Chi Minh Office. She is responsible for conducting social compliance assessment on behalf of clients at factories in Vietnam.

Mai Hien joins OneStep in 2019, prior to that she had worked as CSR Officer at Hi-Tex Vietnam Co., Ltd and CSR Supervisor at Choi & Shin’s Vina Co., Ltd. She is an approved auditor for Under Armour (UA), Fair Labor Association (FLA) and others customers.

Professional Qualifications

Mai Hien has extensive knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws, HSE regulations and financial regulations of Vietnam. She had attended training courses on occupational safety and health such as ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001; management system such as ISO 9001, LEAN. Mai Hien graduated in Banking and Finance at The Academy of Finance in 2016.
