Vietnam Social Insurance issued Decision 1270/QD-BHXH in 2019 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulation on management and granting of social insurance codes to participants of social insurance and health insurance, issued together with Decision 346/QD-BHXH 2019.
Accordingly, the process of updating and updating household members participating in social insurance and health insurance has been amended as follows:
If the local People’s Committee has connected the database to the Ministry of Justice, it is not necessary to prepare an application for health insurance card, only to receive the list of changes in household members (Form 01-BD) from the post office. electricity.
Specifically, the post office will:
– Receive data according to Form 01-BD with information of children issued with health insurance cards, which are transferred, printed and transferred by the People’s Committee.
– Receive according to Form 01-BD from the People’s Committee of the commune to update and supplement information to the household software.

This decision takes effect from September 30, 2019.
